home sweet home block 4

Never mind that I have four...Yes FOUR ! current applique/embroidery projects in progress!!!!
 I'm doing the preparation for block 4 from Blackbird's Home Sweet Home book. I have previously posted the first 3.

Nine applique houses make up this stunning quilt and I'm determined to finish this. Here is what the block layout looks like.

I think I like it. Its funny how different the values look when the fabrics are cut into small pieces. I thought this would be darker than it appears. I'm OK with that! Happy Wednesday.

    These applique' blocks are very pretty!
    There are so many little details to them and your stitches are lovely!
