A Quilt For Glory

I want to share pictures of a quilt that I made for a friend of my granddaughter who is facing serious health challenges. Glory is facing this with strength and courage beyond her young years. My good friend Pam quilted the quilt for me and now it is bound with label attached and ready for Glory to snuggle under.

The pattern is called "Confetti" and was a kit purchased at Sisters Quilt Shop in Chehalis, WA. Just simple strips sewn together, cut apart and sewn together into blocks. I really didn't try to be too careful when arranging the blocks and did manage to place same prints next to each other at least once!!
No borders for this quilt so it was an easy but very nice looking quilt. I do love the 30's prints!!
Pam's quilting brought it to life. Thanks sooooo much, Pam.
I always struggle with the label...but this time  I really like it, I also added her name in Lakehouse letters... so much fun!
Thanks for stopping by....Kay
